This year hasnβt been a good one, in every aspect, reading also. I donβt think I will reach my goal in Goodreads challenge of 100 books this year. π Itβs not about the amount, itβs about books Iβd have LOVED to read. My best year in reading was 2019, I read around 326 books! You know how happy I was that I could read? In those days my back wasnβt that bad nor was taking so much meds like now. And family aspects were better than now.
In 2020 I went to a surgery on my lower back and sacro. But now there are three more areas of the back that have gotten worse. My whole spinal cord is degenerated, the intervertebral discs are breaking up. I have another surgery scheduled for end of next year at the waist level this time. And another surgery for my hips, both of them need replacement. Iβm a mess! Lol. But hey! I have you, Joshua, and other favourite authors besides you who make me happy with your wonderful stories and fabulous books, your sympathy, your kindness and supportive persona, your humility and proximity, and best of all, your sense of humour. I love people with sense of humour! I try to never lose my sense of humour, itβs what keeps me sane, and my optimism and positive outlook.
Thank you for contributing to my happiness, Joshua. Iβm very grateful. Thank you. π
Stay blessed.
I sincerely wish you all the best you deserve. May you always be successful, joyful and happy, with good health. Never lose your sense of humour! π
Oops. I had purchased it with a preorder. Donβt ask me if Iβve read it. π«£π¬ Thank you, Joshua!
It's a good one!
Iβm sure it must be, lol.
